Meet (Maria) Veronica Del Peral Ramos

I believe meaningful therapy begins with connection and empathy—creating space for growth and lasting change.

My Story

Untitled design.jpg

I became a psychologist because I wanted to help people. I feel deeply honoured to be welcomed into someone's life and trusted with their story. It is truly humbling to walk alongside each person as they navigate their own path toward healing and the life they hope to create.

My work is deeply meaningful to me because it allows me to connect with people in a way that feels both genuine and purposeful. My Mexican roots have shaped the way I understand connection, family, and the relationships that give life meaning. These values continue to influence the way I work and the importance I place on creating a space where people feel genuinely seen and accepted.

I believe our relationships shape so much of how we experience life, and I feel privileged to sit with people through the moments that feel hardest—including the parts of themselves they may have struggled to accept. I find so much beauty in the process of coming to know oneself more fully and creating a life that feels true to who you are.
