Attachment & Relationships

Our early experiences and relationships can shape how we understand ourselves, connect with others, and navigate closeness, trust, and conflict. These patterns can sometimes show up in relationships through difficulty with communication, boundaries, vulnerability, emotional needs, or feeling secure and understood.

Understanding Your Patterns.

Building Healthier Connections.

Attachment Patterns & Connection

Boundaries & Needs

Explore how your experiences may have shaped the ways you seek closeness, respond to distance, and experience trust, and comfort in relationships. Recognize recurring patterns in relationships and explore how past experiences may influence the way you respond to others or interpret their actions.

Explore what you need from relationships and how to communicate those needs while developing boundaries that feel healthy and sustainable. Work through fears of rejection, abandonment, vulnerability, or being misunderstood while building greater comfort with emotional closeness.

How I can support...

Work through challenges in relationships with family, friends, colleagues, or other important people in your life, including changing roles and expectations.

Develop greater awareness of communication patterns and learn ways to express your needs, listen, navigate disagreements, and repair relationships.

Family & Interpersonal Relationships

Communication & Conflict

Relationships can bring connection and support, but they can also bring uncertainty, conflict, disappointment, and vulnerability. Sometimes we find ourselves repeating patterns we understand intellectually but still struggle to change.

Therapy can help you slow these patterns down and explore what happens within you and between you and others. Together, we can identify emotional and relational patterns, understand where they may come from, and practice different ways of communicating, setting boundaries, managing conflict, and responding to your needs.

You do not need the “perfect” relationships or to change who you are. Perhaps the need is to develop greater awareness and choice in how you connect with others, while building relationships that feel more mutual, respectful, and secure.
